He has successfully leveraged his business strategies and financial strengths to a variety of different environments. Throughout his career, Norman has served in operational roles in industries including higher education, publishing, manufacturing, construction and development, and personal financial education. As Managing Director of Strategy West Financial, Norman supports the education of hundreds of people each year, helping to support their legacy and their family’s financial security through life insurance.
